Dobeter Electronics design and manufacture FUJI NXT label feeder, which is a modular accessory that integrates with a FUJI NXT surface mount technology (SMT) machine to automatically apply adhesive labels to printed circuit boards (PCBs) . Instead of manually placing labels, the automated feeder presents them to the machine’s pickup head for high-speed, accurate placement. Label feeders can be adapted to handle a variety of label sizes, shapes, and materials, including paper, polyester films, and foam. This flexibility allows a single feeder to handle different production requirements. By adding label application to an existing pick-and-place machine, manufacturers can save floor space and reduce equipment costs compared to using a standalone labeling machine.
