Hanwha Label Feeder

Dobeter Electronics  design and manufacture Hanwha label feeder which is automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) accessories used on Hanwha (formerly Samsung) pick-and-place machines for applying adhesive labels to printed circuit boards (PCBs). These feeders integrate directly into the machine’s software and utilize the placement head to apply the labels, eliminating the need for a separate labeling machine. They are designed for high-speed, high-precision operation on a wide range of materials and label sizes.

• High precision and speed: The feeders use high-precision stepper motors and gears to ensure accurate label placement. The drive motor reduces material deviation caused by vibration, and the software algorithms optimize feeding speed.
• Material versatility: They can handle a variety of materials beyond standard paper labels, including FPC-reinforced steel sheets, Mylar tape, foam, and high-temperature tapes.
• Label size compatibility: A single label feeder model can handle various label sizes within its maximum specified width, and some can manage single or multi-row labels, it can support label sizes ranging from 2mm to 100mm.
• Integrated function: The feeder uses the host machine’s pick-and-place functionality for label application, allowing for automatic placement and barcode reading using the machine’s Fiducial camera.
• Compatibility: Hanwha feeders are compatible with Hanwha’s own SMT equipment, such as the SM and DECAN series machines, including the SM482 and DECAN S2/F2/L2.
