Dobeter Electronics design and manufacture i-Pulse label feeder is an accessory designed to automate the process of applying adhesive labels and other flexible materials to PCBs using i-Pulse (now owned by Yamaha) pick-and-place machines. i-Pulse label feeders are designed to work with i-Pulse machine models such as M10, M20, M1, M4, M6ex, M7, M8, etc. These i-Pulse label feeders integrate seamlessly with i-Pulse pick-and-place machines, enhancing traceability and production efficiency, they’re capable of peeling and presenting multiple labels simultaneously, increasing throughput and productivity, available in standard widths of 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm, with customization options to suit specific label sizes and applications.
We provide commonly used label feeders, such as Yamaha label feeder, Samsung label feeder, JUKI label feeder and so on, and we also provide various kinds of standard SMT feeder such as Yamaha SMT feeder, Samsung SMT feeder, JUKI SMT feeder and so on.
